The Overberg is once again gearing up for the highly anticipated Hermanus Wine & Food Festival. Celebrating 20 years of fine wine, this country festival offers one of the most impressive Wine and Craft produce line-ups from around South Africa. In the last 20 years the Hermanus Wine & Food Festival has supported the vast growth that has taken place in the Elgin to Elim wine region, from just 6 producers in 1998, to over 80 producers in 2018, and still growing.

How it works:
Based on the concept of A Minute to Win it, we will be pouring wine to see how good you are! Two ladies will each have one minute per station to compete a wine task.

Join us for a brisk morning walk amongst the Benguela Cove vineyards in support of breast cancer awareness this Women’s Day. Hosted by our brand manager, Samarie Smith, the 3km walk will include 3 wine stops, plus a few surprises up her sleeve.
Bring your girlfriends, the family, and even your furry friend on a leash, to enjoy this special day amidst nature and breathtaking ocean views, complete with wine that celebrates all.
**Cost: R100 per person (R20 will be donated to breast cancer awareness)
To wrap FynArts up in style, a dinner will be hosted on Saturday, 16 June by the cellar master Johann Fourie, brand manager and artist Samarie Smith and chef Annie Badenhorst.
A four course meal will be prepared by chef Annie.
