Meticulously handcrafted Sparkling wines from 40 year old low yielding bushvines. All is Bottle fermented. Exuding a compote of fruit flavours coupled by the typical tell-tale Paardeberg mineral finish. Filia, 100% Chenin Blanc Kap Klassiek, btl matured for 14 months with a Zero dosage, currently on the 2014 vintage also available in Magnums Circa, 100% Pinotage Italian inspired Rosecco matured for 6 months, with a slight dosage to tingle the tastebuds.
We accept bookings from visitors from near and far, please do make a booking as Christa is a single woman running all shows of the 110ha farm.
Group bookings for a farm walk visit, tasting adjacent platters or even lunch or dinner / braai (weather permitting) we accept from min of 4 people to a max of 12. Please be sure to book as we only prepare if booked.
