Héloise Louw, head of sales and marketing, is the ‘social butterfly’ in charge of all social media and digital marketing platforms, while Tanja Fourie, head of public relations, heads up the PR and communications division ensuring that our clients are always ‘top of mind’ with influencers.
Behind the scenes – but equally as important – is the team with the technical know-how and graphic design gurus. Ardi Coetzee, head of development, along with lead developer Adrian du Plessis and system administrator, Granwille Strauss ensures that all Cape Wine Farms marketing platforms are updated continuously whilst head of graphic design, Nico Lourens ensures that Cape Wine Farms and their clients are always up to date with the latest in graphic design and branding trends.
Head of Sales & Marketing
Héloise landed in the wine industry by accident due to her love for people, social events and of course a fabulous glass of wine! Regular wine farm hopping resulted in the development of the Cape Wine Farms app – an interactive mobile application connecting wine farms with their guests sharing their experiences and providing feedback – a win-win offering for both wine farm as well as consumer.
After extensive international travels and obtaining qualifications in marketing, Héloise joined a publication house when she decided that she wanted to pursue a career in combining her passion for wine, people and places which resulted in Cape Wine Farms becoming a full time career rather than only a weekend-hobby.
Head of Public Relations
Tanja has always had an interest in marketing and more specifically consumer behaviour and like most ladies, the finer things in life – it was therefore inevitable to pursue a career in marketing and communications, but it was only when she met her winemaker husband that she realised her passion for wine, the industry, the people and the challenges it brings!
After graduating from UNISA in Marketing Management she also obtained qualifications from the Cape Wine Academy and UCT School of Business and has more than fourteen years of practical wine industry experience.
