The second concert in Backsberg's 10th Annual Picnic Concert series, presented by the guys and gals at CapeTalk, is the rad duo Bottomless Coffee Band. This event takes place on Sunday, 17 February 2019.
Doors open at 3 pm with the opening act - BrotherBrother - starting at 4 pm. Bottomless Coffee will take over shortly thereafter at 5 pm and the final set ends at 7 pm. Tickets cost R190.00 per person via Quicket.
Pre-ordered picnic boxes are available for purchase and each ticket includes a complimentary glass of Backsberg vino (for patrons 18 and over). Backsberg will also be providing a food court offering whereby wines, beer and cider will be available for purchase as well as an assortment of easy foods from Die Worsrol. Delicious sweet treats from Lickity Split will be purchasable too. Great activations - including a build-your-own flower crown station with Bloom Flowerists and something special from CapeTalk - will be present; as well as some fantastic prizes up for grabs.
Join us! After all, there’s nothing better than ending off the weekend lazing under the trees on the sprawling lawns of the Backsberg estate enjoying fine wines, great food and live music by some of the best South African musical entertainment on offer.
*Pre-ordered picnics: This will be available as a merchandised product on Quicket prior to check-out. Each picnic snack box is costed per person at R120.00.
*Please note: NO own alcohol will be allowed on the day but do bring along your own blankets and chairs. Children’s entertainment will be provided and a limited number of picnic boxes will be available on the day.
*Re-scheduling: Backsberg reserves the right to reschedule this event due to inclement weather or an act of God. Patrons will be advised accordingly.
