When you visit Wallovale Vineyards, the home of Paul Wallace Wines, you will be welcomed by Paul and Nicky Wallace and a host of dogs. You will arrive as a guest and leave as a friend as they share with you their dreams and stories, their passion for not only their own wines but those of the Elgin Valley. The wines are informally paired with chocolate and the Wallace's natural hospitality extends into making sure that guests to their newly renovated self-catering cottages feel right at home.
