With over 10 000 guests attending the Autumn Edition of Restaurant Week across South Africa, the Durbanville Hills Restaurant was awarded as the Best Winelands Restaurant, for a second year in a row.
A delighted restaurant general manager Dirk Steyn said that the Durbanville Hills Restaurant has become a firm favourite, offering diners not only a choice of creative dishes but also flavours that always sees them return.
The 100 participating restaurants all offered a two course lunch and three course dinner option and unlike other competitions the winning restaurants were determined by consumers rating their overall experience and awards were not announced based on the opinion of a jury. Durbanville Hills received an overall score of 9.33 out of 10 based on service, ambience and cuisine.
The restaurant’s seasonal menu now offers delicious wintery inspired meals. Join them for lunch Tuesdays to Sundays and dinner on Wednesday to Saturday evenings.
