We're tickled pink to announce that the highly-anticipated 2017 vintage of our PF #BlancDeNoir is available for tasting and sales.
Beautifully blush in the delicate colour of a pale pink winter sunset, our PF Blanc de Noir 2017 is produced from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The nose tempts with aromas of cotton candy, caramel and red fruits, and the creamy palate pleases with rhubarb, nectarine and hints of rooibos. This wine is superb on its own or enjoyed with sushi, mild winter curries and berry pavlova.
